I guess you could say the appointment went well today... Hap had an endoscopy procedure done, which ruled out cancer in the stomach and esophagus.
The primary remains unclear, so Hap is scheduled to receive another biopsy of the pelvic mass next week at Sloan.

I wnated you to know that you are in my family's prayers.
Yes, it is a mystery but He is in control. I thank Him for healing you and for helping you through this.
I thank Him for the divine connections He is making with top notch doctors, for your supportive families, friends, your special priest, and for Jen and Jeff and this blog.
You have stood behind all of us at one point or another and now it is our turn to lift you up. We are all here for whatever you need.
Remember, He can make a way when there seems to be no way because He works in ways we cannot see...

Mandy said she saw you driving this week as she was driving to work in the AM. Misses seeing you get coffee.
Sounds like you're playing as a very defensive pitcher...keep throwing those doctors curve balls to keep them on their toes.

What is a greater mystery: how the Yankees did not make it into the playoffs this season or the cause of Hap's cancer. Serious, from a Red Sox fan to a dear friend ~ keep battling and beat this cancer.
