Hap completed his five weeks of chemo and radiation and would like to thank everyone who transported him in and out of Manhattan. It's because of you....and the stress you took off Hap and Mary, that made it possible for Hap to endure the five weeks.

These two weeks following treatments are when the fatigue and pain max out, but so far Hap is doing rather well. He is scheduled for a scan in August to determine the success of the radiation on the pelvic tumors.

Every day is a new opportunity. You can build on yesterday's success or put its failures behind you and start over again. That's the way life is, with a new game every day, and that's the way baseball is ~
